Ingredients
- 2 bananas (frozen and cut in pieces ahead of time)
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- Jif is my preference
- 1 ½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk
- Blue Diamond Almond Breeze is my preference
- 1 cup non-dairy yogurt
- Lava Pili Nut yogurt is my preference
*other variations I add are – whipped cream, chia seeds, beet powder
** greek yogurt can be substituted for the non-dairy yogurt
- Put frozen banana pieces in blender
- Add 1 cup milk
- Add peanut butter
- Add yogurt
- Add any of the variations like powder, chia seeds, or whip cream
- Add additional ½ cup milk
- Blend together until it has the desired consistency – you may have to add a little more yogurt or more milk
