With the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S. and World Kindness Day having just passed, how would you complete this gratitude list?
One of the foundations of positive thinking is empathy, and part of being empathetic is understanding gratitude. By continually working at showing gratitude for what you CAN do and the things you HAVE, it begins to focus your thought process into looking for the positive and not dwelling on the negative.
Another way to build the practice of gratitude is to have a mantra. Complete this gratitude list with things you want to remind yourself of daily, building it into your mantra! I’d love to know what you come up with! Add even more if you can!
Remember to be empathetic and grateful for all the things YOU DO and try not to focus on the things you want to improve!
