About Me

Welcome to 47 Strings Mystic Yoga! I’m Lisa!!

I live in Detroit. I grew up in Ohio and later spent many years of my life from age 15 in the District of Columbia. I am an educator, a creative innovator, and foodie. I have 4 children and many more adopted kids. I enjoy loving on my children, my day job, music, dancing, trail walking and cooking.

I am also a yogi. 🧘🏽‍♂️ I worked as a Fitness Trainer for 3 years at an adaptive gym in Maryland. I have loved and practiced yoga for 34 years. I have recently earned my 200 hour yoga teaching certification. I want to teach you yoga postures and meditation or help you continue your practice! I can’t wait to meet you!
