Building a community

A very important part of trying to be the best version of yourself and living an active lifestyle (my personal choice), is surrounding yourself with like-minded people and having a community that supports you. Since we are generally social by nature, having a community is a great way to check in with, and on, your friends and for yourself. The positive encouragement that flows through your community benefits everyone and helps all of you level up!! Your community, or communities as you grow and branch out, should provide safe, positive environments for everyone involved to stretch themselves and continually be better! Meet one of my core communities… we started out by doing a weekly bootcamp for an entire year! Even though bootcamps don’t happen that often, this core community continues to push, encourage each other, and level up all the time!!
