Finding alternative ways to stay motivated

Got out this morning while there was still a nice breeze and before today’s heat literally melts everything… 3 the hard way – even though it’s a lifestyle, having an event to look forward to and to train for makes it soooo much easier! I’m definitely continuing to learn how to use different goals to try and keep motivated… this ish ain’t easy!! So here’s to another month of 20+ running miles and 100+ biking miles! Who’s with me??
