Dealing With Anxiety

    a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.

Anxiety is the way our body and minds deal with stress. The body does not differentiate between physical and emotional stress or good and bad stress. What are some ways to deal with stress? How can you recognize stress?
